i like to brew largers and bottle them.but was just wondering if you can avoid the yeast forming in the bottle, just so i can drink straight from that. thanks
Not easily, as you have to have the secondary fermentation to bottle condition and that causes the yeast to reproduce. You could keg the beer and force carbonate then bottle with a special set up but it is fiddly and you would get fed up.
