from Keg to Bottles

Never mind the reasons I need to transfer my Wherry which has been in a keg for 3 weeks conditioning into bottles. Is this advisable? If so I presume I should reprime it?

You don't say what keg and what level of carbonation. I personally have bottled carbonated beer by filling the bottle directly from the keg but leaving virtually no head space in the bottle. If the beer is near flat and you want to naturally carbonate in the bottle then different rules apply. There are many ways to tackle this. :)
