Priming a lager in bottle.

I have a lager that has had a proper lager yeast used at a low temp. lager is in glass carbouy and is ready for bottling, I will add half a teaspoon of sugar, but do I bottle condition at a low temp for two weeks? or do I keep the bottles in the warm as I do for bitters?

You might find it easier to add all the sugar to one bucket and rack off into that bucket then bottle from that.
