Coopers Draft

Has anyone done a Coopers Draft before?
I made a batch up last week and it took about 3 days before it looked like it was starting to do anything, IE a frothy head and CO2 release.
After 7 days it still looks like it is giving off a good bit of CO2 and still has a frothy head, normally by this stage it has subdued.

Does this sound normal? Also I am planning on leaving it in the FV for maybe another week before bottling. Would this be ok?

If it's still bubbling away then let it do it's thing Nd just keep checking. When it's slowed do a few hydro tests or leave it a few more days then keg/bottle. It'll be fine.

I might just sit on it till next Saturday, just to be on the safe side :-D
I've made this one up with just glucose, no extra malt. Will let you know how it turns out.
