Right as I posted on another thread this appears to be stuck at 1020 (3-4days), but the yeast seems lively, little eruptions form the bottom rising and falling back, very small amount of surface foam, however no bubbling from the trap and no swelling of the fv lid like before, in the measuring tube there is a lot of small bubbles rising, taste like a yeasty barley wine as expected really at this stage. Question is it OK to bottle or do I need to hang on a bit, it's been in the fv for 10 days.
Cheers
Bill
Headcracker advice
Re: Headcracker advice
I think you'll have to bite the bullet and bottle/keg it.
I looked back over my records and I've only done one Headcracker before, and that stopped at 1019, but still ebded up over 7% abv.
Maybe you could have tried rousing a few days ago, but I'd get it bottled now.
