beer 003.jpg
Put Woodfordes Wherry with Hop tea on yesterday at 2pm, left overnight at 19 degrees +/- 1 deg (thermostat).

Just looked at it expecting to see big crusty head or at least some bubbles and nowt, I did get wherry given of someone who'd had it at uswanted gift so cant vouch for environment yeast has been in or duration, i do have spare in fridge.

Just as things where going good too...

It looks fine to me. You started it 28 hours ago and it seems as though the initial head has subsided and it's bubbling merrily underneath the surface. The brown bits floating on top should sink soon. Keep it covered and don't look too often!

Previously there has been at least evidence of the crust around the top of the barrel, the barrel top is clean at the moment. If its not going in the morning do i just add another yeast on top or should i stir it in?

Ok fingers crossed, may have little look in the morning unless it's bubbling away then all is good. Thanks
