
Extract Bramling Cross IPA at the back conditioning, Kit Fixby Gold in the front conditioning, and Extract Bluebird bitter in the fermenter

Its a happy little cupboard.
Just bottled the Fixby gold and a sneaky taste says its going to be rather drinkable, made up with First Gold Hops + a little Pale Choc & Crystal Malt.
Primed with *100g of sugars in 200ml of beer zapped to boil in the microwave and added to the bottling bucket before transferring the beer.
* 25g Household sugar, 25g Dextrose, 50g Light DSM
Thought I'd give the yeast a cocktail of sugars to munch through
