Conditioning temperature

Gents, I'm facing a problem now the weather is showing signs of warming up. I've got 40 bottles of Wherry and 35 of Linthwaite Light conditioning, however I have nowhere cool to keep them. I have no cellar, no garage, the loft is insulated and is thus quite warm. The cupboard under the stairs is coolish but I've monitored the temperature and it doesn't get down under about 13-14C at any time of day or night. So I am considering a shady part of the garden. All the bottles are sealed inside one of those plastic storage crates you can get from Staples, so nothing can get in, I'm just worried whether the fluctuation of temperatures over the 24 hour period would adversely affect the beer's conditioning. Any thoughts?

They should be absolutely fine under the stairs, just put some in the fridge preferably a day or two before drinking (longer if you have the space). I use cornie kegs kept at room temperature and dispensed via a flash chiller (therefore my beer is stored at about 18c for its lifetime) and I've not had any problems.
