HELP, MY BARREL IS LEAKING ON 2ND

I JUST CHECKED MY BREW AND FOUND THE PLASTIC POLY BARREL IS LEAKING AROUND THE TAP. HOW CAN I OVER COME THIS.
AM I BEST BOTTELLING UP AND DRINKING OR CAN I BOTTLE UP AND ALLOW TO FULLY CONDITION OR WILL IT BE RUINED.
THIS IS MY FIRST EVER BREW SO NOT THE BEST START...

Where abouts on the tap is it leaking? i.e. where it seals with the barrel or from where the beer pours out from?

How long has it been conditioning?
