just to point out for next time mate that this section is for all grain brewing questions only, you should have posted your thread in the kit brewing section and im sure you would have had more replies and advice

now regarding the beer enhancer. This is basically just a spray malt and dextine (a type of sugar) normally in a ratio of 50/50 or 75/25 depending on the maker. Using these kit enhancer will give more of a body to your lager and helps inhibit horrible 'off flavours' that using normal table sugar can cause.
You dont have to use these kit enhancers but i would really recommend it. You can but spray malt and dextine singular and weigh it out yourself to the amount required as this is normally cheaper.

Secound, the plastic tub you are refering to is called either a brewing bucket or fermenter depending on its usage. do not worry, you have not ruinned it by using washing up liquid. have a read of the cleaning a sterilising section which will explain the difference between cleaning and sterilising. They are not the same thing and both have to be done. basically what you have done is clean your bucket!, you now have to sterilise it! this can be done a number of ways so have a read

third, regarding the recipe. i have no ideas
