Question,
What are the potencial hazards of exposing the brew to air. I had a brew in my FV which had my only Bottler tap on so i had to syphon into fresh bucket to add priming sugar then back into Cleaned FV with bottler tap then bottled it up. Brew was exposed to air for some 1/2 hr or so. Will this ruin the taste by exposure or is it because exposure means potencial to get infection?
