Well as the title suggests have i make a real balls of things? Last Saturday after a bit of a row with SWMBO i decided to put on a double Brewferm Grand Cru unfortunatley i picked up 2 cans from the cupboard one Grand Cru and one Christmas did everything as per GC instructions 1Kg of Candy Sugar made up to 18lts SG 1.65 today down to1.016.
My question is should i bottle it now with no priming sugar or leave for another couple of days to see if it drops a bit further consdering that the instrutions for Christmas say bottle at 1.02 with no priming sugar?

If you mean the OG was 1.065, and it's dropped to 1.016 then I'd say it was ready. Make sure that it stabilises to two readings the same over a 24 hour period, and if so, bottle/keg it. In my (limited) experience you don't always get to the target gravity, just close to it.
As to priming, I've not done such a high OG brew, I'd just follow the instructions.
