Hi Guys;
Just got a couple of questions.
I have a problem with a batch,I had a starter and was trying out my tight arse stir plate using a metal pin for a stirrer and I tasted it.It had a metallic flavour to it so I dumped it down the drain.Hence no starter.I do have a couple of sachets of dry yeast. I have a Coopers 00809 W is this an actual wheat yeast ? The other two are generic dry yeast one that has a Brewing yeast BatchY2520a is this an ale yeast? The last one is called Wander : Batch Y1390L is this an actual Lager yeast or really an ale yeast in disguise like the rest of them.

Any advice would be appreciated.
