I have a WW in the keg. I am planning on bottling this next one. I was just wondering what you guys recommend. I was thinking of a stout. Potentially a Coopers Irish one. Is this any good. And do i need any extrra indgredients if i did it?

I'm doing a stout next with a regular Coopers stout kit (not the Irish one) with 1kilo of medium spray malt as per Ditch's recipe, can't wait for this one, loads swear by it in here. Tried to find the thread with Ditch's photos, well worth a look if you can find em, never seen owt like it

Fish Tank sort. Go to ye local pet shop and ask for oe suitable for a five gallon tank. See that it has a nice, visible sliding temperature setting slide scale on the side. Twist the knob at the top to set to ye preferred temp' and that's it.

Nothing like the old days, when ye had to give it ye best guess, then spend days with a thermometer, checking and adjusting all the time Image
