Coopers Stout VS Coopers Irish Stout

Thinking about a stout for my 2nd brew and the Coopers seem like a plan.

So, what should I go for, Coopers Stout, Coopers Irish Stout, or perhaps something else? It's going into bottles if that makes a difference...

Can't comment on the irish stout but the std stout certainly passes the test. I'd suggest you make it with 1kg of dried light malt extract rather than sugar tho. You'll be surprised the difference it makes :) If in any doubt just search on the forum for "ditch's stout" and you'll see what I mean :D
Enjoy Tom
