Advice please

Hi.I'm doing a john bull IPA kit at the moment and it has been in the fermenter for 11 days and the air lock is still bubbling.(slowly).
I have a brew belt around the fermenter and I plan to put taps on my fermenters soon and then I can take hydromerter readings without risking contamination to the wort as I am really strict about keeping things clean.
The ingredients I used:-

1.8kg john bull ipa kit,
1kg brewing sugar,
500g light powdered malt and
ale yeast from my hbs.

I will be putting it into a king keg top tap for secondary for 5 days.
Any suggestion will gratefully recieved :?

ok thanks for the advice.
one last question:-
what is best method for adding priming sugar, dissolved in a little cooled boiled water or in its raw form and stiring it into the beer in the keg?
thanks :)

The best way is to dissolve the sugar in boiled water, or beer  and stir it in gently.
This ensures that what you are introducing to your beer is as near as possible sterile and it will mix in much better :D

boil required ammount of sugar/spraymalt in a little water and pitch once it's cooled to a reasonable temperature.
