Hello Lads and Lasses had a look at my Woodfordes Great Eastern today 14 days bottled.not fully clear but getting there, had a taste out of my specimen bottle...oh yes always have one of them and tasted canny...another week and I will divulge. Also this morning bottled Admirals Reserve and all went well. After lunch I either adulturated or enhanced another Great Eastern I added 454 grams a pound in old money of clear honey. I have been supping Wychwood's Beerwych and that has honey added and I have made a likeing to it...wether this works out...well the proof of the pudding as they say
