Brupak - Beers Of The World Kits?

Post by Monkeybrew » Wed May 18, 2011 6:02 am

Hi, I just wondered whether anyone has tried any of the Brupaks Beers Of The World kits?

Do they require any extra fermentables, or is the kit all you need?

Cheers :)

No extra fermentables needed. They're brewed to 10l using only the can of hopped malt extract. Make sure you read those instructions! :)

they do with with additional hop and grain bags depending on the kit, I've made some of em and found the quality good. I like to do the Scottish 80/- as a double batch for the barrel - lovely stuff 8)

I have a Witbier kit, though I've yet to make it up. It comes with a teabag for hops and one containing coriander seeds and orange peel.

I am liking the sound of a bit more involvement when making the kit up!

It's a small step towards the dark side

I have done the Old London Porter twice. it came with TWO tea bags. The taste is developing, I hope it ends up drinkable.
