Well, two actually. I bought 2 five litre bottles of water from good 'ol Asda and two bottles of 100% concentrated (organic mind you) juice. First one is a plain apple which will be brewed with a lager yeast the second is apple and blackcurrent using an ale yeast. Sadly I knocked the thermometer off the side and it smashed into a million bits - just as I was about to check the temp to pitch the yeast. So, I had to guess at the temp...
Anyway, if nothing is happening in 48 hours i'll throw some more yeast in and hope for the best.
BTW, i've found that my little shed is maxing at 16C at the mo so it should go well with the lager yeast.
