O na recent trip to Bury I noticed wilkos were selling Youngs lager for £4.50. Normally I dont use kits where you need sugar apart from coopers and Burton Bridge. So I brewed it with 1kg of Spray Malt and golding hops. and reducing it to 30 pints. Turned out a decent quaffable pint and surprisingly good head retention. Never been a fan of cheapo kits before but it surprised me.
