i like the instructions on the bottle 'do not drop', just in case you were considering it!
very inventive, be interesting to see how this goes. I was considering a few things for my next brew - an extract brew, another belgian or another stout however this has got me thinking
keep us informed

is that one of those water cooler bottles? I always thought the "plastic demijohn" was just one of those.
I might just be able to "borrow" one or two empties.

It's practically stopped any activity. I think it needs another few days to totally finish. So i'll get bottles ready
Going to use a bunch of 2 litre PET and 1 pint magners bottles.
Will prime with glucose

i find using the 2l PET bottles a pain, because if you dont drain the 4 pints in one go, or take 1 pint out and leave them for another 2-3 days you get cloudy beer.
the smaller the better i find when it comes to bottles.

I was putting all my beer projects and stuff on a friends forum but it was a bit cumbersome to manage. So i've started the blog to keep a track of things ^_^

Done and bottled. Tasted great from the syphon, nice and light but hoppy.
Got a fair load out of it
