Chill Haze ?

Post by BOBC » Mon May 14, 2007 3:39 pm

I just got back into making beer (usually make wine). I have in bottles two batches of BlackRock (Dry Lager) (NZ Draught).

The problem is that when I chill the beer it developes a chill haze or thats what we call it when making wine. I never had this when I made beer before, I usually used the Cooper kits or the Canadian BrewHouse Kits.
Is there an additive you can add to prevent this or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Bob
