Made a brew yesterday. I added my starter to highly aerated wort in the evening. By the next morning no sign of fermentation. On reflection I think I pitched the yeast into the wort while it was too warm

This morning I chucked in a sachet of Safale 04. Now starting to ferment OK but not very vigerous, possibly to low disolved oxygen ? (wort been stood overnight)
Would giving it a blast with the lekky drill and plasters mixer be a good idea at this stage or should I leave it be?
