hmmmm... verdict is in.....Its certainly not what I was expecting :?

Not in a bad way tho, im pleased to say :)

Nice head on the pour, but didnt last (think the class may have been slightly greasy tho so I'll reserve judgement there)

Well, Its certainly not the Hoegaarden clone i was hoping it to be, closest I can describe it is something like Stella Artois "4" with a medium strong citrus undertone, and definate notes from the corriander.

It certainly missed my expectations, but its accheived my aims :) I wanted an easy drinking, refreshing summer brew that I could sink a few when I got home after a hot, dusty day at work :) this will fill the mark nicely. On that front, I'd advise the Tarweiber if you're looking for a nice, light lager kit for the summer

I'm glad that it is drinklable, even if it wasn't exactly what you were hoping for :)

I am currently trying some more Weissbier, but this time I have rolled the bottle to completely mix the yeast back into suspension, and it has made a big difference 8)

Soon be time for another :beer:
