Put on a Better Brew Mild yesterday. 500 g spray malt 500g brewing sugar. IG 1.044.

No Coopers spew but it's definitely fermenting.

Tarweiber is bubbling away nicely :D Made with 900g of Golden Syrup and a 1/2 litre tea made with 12g crushed corriander seeds and 20g Bitter Curacao peel (incidentally, that went into the fermenter peel 'n' all) - I scaled down the add-ins at the last moment as I realised the kit was only a 15 litre brew (i was going 28g/50g) and i dont need it too overpowering :)

Nailed the OG spot on - 1.052 and pitched @ 22 degrees - nice krausen a mere 6 hours later :)
