5 weeks in FV

I was out of action for 5 weeks and couldn't get my coopers cerveza out of my FV and bottled, can anyone let me know if i have ruined the batch by leaving it to ferment for 5 weeks? will it turn out ok if i bottle it?

He's probably right too. Taste it. If it's a spitter then you're probably wasting your time. Otherwise go ahead and bottle it. Nothing to waste other than an hour and a week of waiting

It should be nice and clear by now, so if it tastes okay then I'd say bottle away. But perhaps don't leave it too long before drinking, just to be on the safe side.
