Brew while the weather is bad (good!)

Well, while the weather is looking grim for the next week I thought I'd squeeze in another brew. Quick trip out to the local HBS on saturday through thunder and lightning in search of a stout or porter turned up a Muntons 1.5kg "Irish Style Stout". Made up with 500g dark DME , 220g light DME (all I had left) and 300g brewers sugar. Using Safale S-04 this time rather than the kit yeast.

Anyone else used this kit? I wanted the Brupaks Balk Moor Stout by didn't have it. Bit of an experiment by hoping it should be alright :)
Next Up : Something for the summer
Primary : Nothing
Secondary / Conditioning : Nothing
Drinking : Mosaic IPA
