You guys are weak, but I can empathise cos I was like that not so long ago until a wise man offered me some advice.

He said son brew as much as you can as often as you can and you will never go short of a beer!!! - very wise I thought.

I always have two barrels with beer/ale or lager in them and one fermenting. Its the way forward - the future if you will.

However sometimes this backfires because I cant always drink a full barrel to myself by the time my other beer/lager has fermented and is waiting barreling/bottling!! But I have a damn good go and I am more than happy to go down fighting!!!

hehe,

I cant wait to get some cornelius kegs, they sound great. where do you guys store them tho?

I have two pressure barrels currently and the missus dont seem to mind much that there in the kitchen at the min (i cant say shes happy either like) but if i get anything more there will be more than beer a brewing in this house.

Also, where is the best place to buy these cornelius kegs?

Richy, you need a good sales pitch for SWMBO, try along the lines of, they take up less space than the pressure barrels love, look how modern they look in stainless steel, because I have space for four kegs now love one of them has sparkling wine in just for you darling(It's harsh I know but sometimes sacrifices have to be made :( )
As for where to buy, try normannumpa on ebay or keep an eye out in your local free ads, I recently picked up 3 cornies taps and disconnects for £40 :D
