hi there, just deciding whether to start a York Brewery Stonewall Bitter or a Hop & Grape 80 shilling. Just wondered if anybody had done these before and if they've got any advice on how to get the best out of them.

Drinking - Muntons Old English Ale, John Bull Masterclass Stout
Conditioning - Hambleton Bard Lager Supreme
Thinking About - York Brewery Stonewall, H&G 80 bob.

Decided to do the 80 shilling. The instructions say to stir the beer for the first 3 days - never done this with any other brew. Should i follow the insttructions or do as i've done before?
