I have my lager (<< spelt corectly again lol) in my primed Barrel its been there for 4 days I was a bit bored before so i thought i would draw a little out

it came out the barrel nice and fast but didnt have much of a head I then had a sip (well sips) it tasted quite nice im quite surprised with myself

how long do you guys leave it to clear in your barrels? and do i need to do anything to make it grow a head??

Most people have found out at some point that there beer tastes fine much sooner but by the time they get to the las pint it tastes great and they wish they had let the whole batch mature that long
