Head...

Post by moco » Tue Jul 10, 2007 12:09 am

Got a lovely Cooper's IPA in the keg, 2 weeks in and clear as a bell. But no head. The taste is good but no carbonation on the tongue. I can live with that, but a few suds would help.

It did pressurise under secondary fermentation, but the gas ran out after a pint or so. I don't think my King Keg has a leak as it will hold a charge.

What can I do?

CAn you re-pressure using a C02 Bulb?? i reckon that would be the best way.

Just inject some more gas from a bulb or s30 canister.Double check that the keg isnt leaking from anywhere though or the gas will just keep on escaping.
