OHHHHHHHHH Bollocks...

Please feel free to laugh at me……..I started a Fixby Gold this morning, got two fermentors out. One is half full of thin diluted bleach, the other is half full of treated brewing water…..boil up kit for 10 mins…..where did I pour the liquor? You guessed it. :(

I've almost done similar things myself. Yesterday I almost downed a strong concentration of VWP and water in a pint glass, thinking it was just water obviously :shock: That'll teach me for drinking something other than beer when brewing #-o :lol:

I don't use VWP but I do use bleach :whistle:
(make sure there's milk in the fridge when you brew, or just DONT mix up a bleach solution in a pint glass Image

Sorry to hear about your faux pas g5 but it's not the end of the world, as steve says, get another brew on the go and put it out of your mind, people have made worse mistakes (I refer you to the incident above :lol: ).
Forgotton already DaaB :) Coopers Pale Ale on the go and the spare bucket is in the corner with a tight lid on it...you learn by your mistakes :?
