Snow,
This Weiss Beer is Bloody Lovely Mun! Especially at this time in the morning!
I did what Tazzy does with his Weiss, first half pint poured slow and Super Clear, 2nd half pint, swirled bottle to get the sediment
in the glass. Both look, smell and taste Fantastic!
This is a visual thing really, both 1/2 pints look good, the swirled one has a little bit more taste, but I am pleased with both. :D
Hope everything is OK with you both and you might start brewing again!

My Weiss is also getting better with age. Simple summer beer. Add a Orange wedge and you are winning.

Hello Snow!
How`s the Brewing going?
I was in Cardiff today to get some `Real Biltong`, called into this Deli, Wow! They got Kudu as well!
http://www.wallysdeli.co.uk/
There were a few pieces about 18 inches long hanging on hooks, He said `do you like it Hard, Medium or soft` (Oooh errr Vicar),
He cut a piece about 6 inches long and said `Shall I cut it for You`, He then put it into a thing like a Cement Mixer / Meat Grinder
to chew it all up and give me bite size pieces. I had the Piri Piri and it is Bloody Lovely Mun!

Mate I've finally got a ditches stout on the go.

I wish I had pics of our garage on the farm.
Roof had wooden rafters and after a hunt we had +- 70 kilos hanging in foot long pieces.
You pull a piece down and cut slices off with your pocket knife. Nice and wet if beef.
Kudu is awesome.

Mrs balls chutney is awesome, as with Milo and nik naks.

Nice to hear from you! :D
Did you make the Stout to Ditch`s recipe? All nice and simple!
You sound like a hunter / gatherer to me! Or are you just a `It`s moving Shoot it` hunter? [-X
Any more news on the emigration?
Don`t come to the UK, It`s already full! :D

I did it with 1kg ldme, 1 cup of sugar and a tin of stout.

I detest if it moves shoot it hunters. I hunt enough for what I need and used to process meat hunters would leave behind when I used to guide them.

We getting married in October and Sadie will look for a teaching job. She's a citizen and has Lots of experience with special needs.
