I only have the one brew bin and only so many bottles so can only have one brew at a time. I know that the longer I leave the beer in the bottles the better it gets, the last bottle I had of some stout kit I made was absolutely excellent. So how do you guys do it? How do you just leave beer sat there and not drink it? Is it just a case of having more bottles/kk's/cornies to quench your thirst whilst you're conditioning some more?

Simple: have a lot of beer, at various stages of completion, on at the same time - you won't be tempted to drink beer before it's matured because you'll be working through a previous batch

if yer just starting out, I'd suggest you get down your local brewery and get a polypin of thier finest ale, at cheaper than cheap prices to keep you going while your first brew matures, and to drink while you're making the next two at least.

Repeat as necessaery until your cellar/spare room/cupboard under the stairs is full to bursting.

then sit back, have a beer and feel immense pride at your own handywork :out

ooo I like that idea :D Perhaps I can limit myself to a few pints a week of my own stuff, for that Friday feeling especially.

Then fill the empty polypins up with your own beer and leave to condition in bulk(this is more beneficial IMO),the cycle is endless 8)
Also get yourself another fermenting bucket
