Am really getting back into this brewing lark. The kit's I'm doing now seem to be a lot better than the ones I remember doing in the late 90's. Or maybe the crap in the cans that I've been drinking for the past few years is just getting worse!

If you can suggest one and it specifies adding sugar would you also recommend adding spraymalt or sticking with sugar as I seem to remember reading that some Belgian breweries do use sugar in their beers?
