As Tazzymutt said earlier, this kit needs more hops! What have I done?
250gr Amber Malt, 250gr Crystal Malt, 29gr Pacific Gem Hops (empty the bag), All in 4Lts water, Boil 5 mins. Leave to cool overnight.
Today, make kit as normal, (normalish)!
25gr Ahtanum Hops 5 min boil in 2Lts water.
Empty can into FV
1Kg Medium Spraymalt
Strain all malts and hops into FV
OG @22deg 1042
Add Yeast @ 22deg
Put FV in water bath @ 22deg, cover with Duvet.
Leave for 1 week
Dry Hop with something for 7 days, then bottle, etc, etc!
11 different hops to play with! I won`t tell you what they are but if I get more suggestions on a certain type, that is what I will Dry Hop with!
