Daab, any reason why you wouldn't bother with darker spraymalts?

I noticed there is a Wheat Spray Malt availble from Muntons now, I wonder if that's worth considering for one canners like, say, Coopers Wheat, for example? Never heard of anyone using this yet.

I have some on order for a wee experiment - should arrive this week :D

No idea what is going to happen, but I am planning to put a bag of this into Coopers Pale Ale along with a bag of light spray malt and perhaps some hops - just to see what happens like :?

It may make a nice, refreshing, pint for a hopeful Indian summer, or it may make something absolutely rank!!!!

Ive got some in the Fv as we speak.

Im using the coopers wheat beer kit, with 1kg of spray wheat malt, and brewferm blanche yeast - should be lovely.

Ive used the coopers kit before with normal spraymalt and it was quite nice, however it finished high and left me with a weakish beer so i also added some glucose to this latest batch and its SG was 1050, hopefully if this does finish high again ill still have a brew with some alcohol in it!

ill keep you posted, i have high hopes.
