for xmas: "hopping mad"

As a bit of a kit experimentation for one of by ‘special’ xmas beers that will be long matured I am starting with a brewferm gold kit, using light extra hopped spray malt, and then also using one of the brupacks hop boil in the bag jobbies for it. It might turn out a little too hoppy but there is only one way to find out!!!

haha ok maybe i wont get any salesman awards for that line, but they are good

you get them in the beers of the world kits

its basically hops in a large teabag, you stick it in boiling water for 15 mins or so and then add the water to your fermenter with the malt etc
