Not heard from Wales for a bit. Maybe this turned out to be a bit of a flop?

We need an update!
Smells Beery and Winey. Very strong Alcohol fumes coming off this one! :D
No signs of any infections on the top of the Brew. The Chicken probably ate all the bugs!

Bottled this Yesterday, FG 1006 ABV 4.9%
Clearest Beer I`ve ever seen coming from the FV.
Still tastes a bit thin.

I'd have thought it would have plenty of residual body left in it :-&

What a coincidence! HM asked on another post `How`s the Cock Ale`?
Sitting here drinking a pint of `Cock Ale` and I`m thinking its` only been in the bottle 3 weeks, I really should not be drinking this for at least another week!
Beautifully clear pint, no head, no bubbles, no carbonation, smells great, taste is very nice! Silky, greasy, smooth, strange mouthfeel but very drinkable! :D
It`s Bloody Lovely Mun! :D :D
I`ll have to send one to `Armchair` for a proper Beer Review!
I just reread this and my Beer Review skills are pretty bloody awful. :D :D #-o #-o
Going to have a pint of `Gruit Ale` now! NomNomNom! :D

So, I'm guessing it's a bit a bit like mead?

But maybe with a rancid poultry flavour!

Any sort of grease in there is bound to scupper your carbonation/head surely?

Still not fancying it myself but I really admire your commitment to pushing beer boundaries WA! =D>

EB,
I will Google something I`m sure! Do Eskimos make Beer from Whale Blubber? Game On!
Tasted my YB yet?
My Yorkshire Bitter is 10 times better than my Best Bitter.
YB Chinook and Summit
BB Cascade
I really thought the Cascade would be a winner, but the Chinook and Summit are Brilliant together. :D
