Down my Brothers` today and I found these in his Kitchen, bottled 30/11/13!
Coopers Stout to 18Lts. Split Brew 9Lts Hopped, 9Lts Not Hopped.
1 pint Normal 6.3%. Beautiful! What a Fantastic pint!
1 pint Dry hopped 6.3% 25Gr Sylva. Again, Fantastic!
The non hopped Beer was the better of the two, after much slurping, supping, sniffing, etc, etc!

How did the strawberry beer keep? I think I still have a bottle because I didn't like mine. Maybe it's 'matured' into a nice brew...maybe I'll dig it out this weekend (if its existence isn't a figment of my imagination!)

The beer was `Kept` in Nicola`s kitchen in a Hessian bag with 10 other brews. (lovely covering of dust on the bottles)!
The dust covering the bottle really accentuates the impending joy or gloom of a beer that you are about to open!
I put it in the fridge for 90mins then opened and drunk it with Gusto! (Who is Gusto)?
Nicola opened a bottle last year and it was a mega gusher (video on here somewhere). Mine opened with a good hiss and poured lovely.
Is it a bottle of mine or a bottle of yours in your fridge?
Nicola wouldn`t let me `Sample` all 10 beers, I had 4!
