Rosetta Fresh Work Kit From The Malt Miller

Post by LeeH » Thu Jul 30, 2015 10:10 am

I think I'm going to try one of these as I've just moved house and won't get the new rig finished this year.

Has anybody tried it?

What would you for dry hopping?

I have sampled one dry hopped with 100g of rakau and that was amazing even without the dry hop the beer is fantastic.

I have just tried the Rosetta brewed with Belgium Yeast and it was awesome, wonderful flavour. You wont be disappointed with that, its really good. I am currently dry hopping my Rosetta with Australian Galaxy hops which i brewed with Mangrove Jack M44 US West Coast Yeast.

Well the Rosetta brewed out quite quick as Rob said it would, so i dry hopped with Galaxy hop pellets on monday and i bottled thursday night. So three days but i did put a good bit of hops in though.

Love the growlers. Do you have to get a dispenser cap for each one or can you swap them over when you want to open a new growler?

got a dispenser cap for each one :), but you could swop it over as growler comes with cap, had to buy 2 of each as 1 is my sons.
