Re: 2-2-2 keg to bottles
If your intention is to bottle the lot then you should just transfer from the fermenter to a bottling bucket and bottle from there. I don't think that you will want to be bottling from a pressure barrel that has been sat for two weeks.

Hi
It's more to do with space ::
Was thinking of bottleing after 4 weeks so we can move to a cooler
Place and then I could take half to my house
Cos we are brewing in his house

Re: 2-2-2 keg to bottles
If you want a 222 rule, it would be:
2 weeks fermenting;
2 weeks in the bottle carbonating; and
2 weeks in the cold for the beer to absorb the co2 and mature.
You can't carbonate in a barrel and then bottle unless you have some specialist equipment.

It's used to drink from, basically a cheap keg like container.
Happy brewing,
Ben.
