weekend. Ive been reading up on Lagering.Now i,ve got some saf23
yeast an i was thinking of chucking 2 sachets of this in instead of the
stuff supplied with the kit.The brew will be brewed in my shed which is
cold @ night but warmer during the day.What do you reckon i do?
The reason i,m thinking of doing this is because apparently you get more
of a lagery taste.
