Youngs Red IPA

HI, I knocked up one of these kits just over a week ago. The instructions state that I should add the dry hops at anything below 1.013 and that it should be ok to bottle at 1.010.
The kit is currently at 1.014 and has been for two days, it is in a warmish room so temp should not be an issue. I have gently roused the yeast to attempt to get it down to the required gravity for dry hopping etc.
Has anyone made one of these kits and if so, how did it work out?
Thanks.
