Is this clear enough?

Post by Incy » Sat Jul 18, 2020 6:55 pm

I have to say that I have been quite lucky with my brewing so far. Every one has been pretty clear, and now I have been bottling, I am getting some good carbonation.
Although on my last lot of bottling, I had to leave around 10 litres in a barrel because I don't have enough bottles.
Youngs Definitive Lager, no fizz due to barrelling, although there is plenty of foam when pouring, tastes really nice with or without the carbonation.
Looks paler than it is due to the white wall and harsh lighting in my kitchen.

Beautiful looking pint, Incy.

Seems you're a natural at this brewing lark!
