Hey all! It's been a while since my last post but I've been flat out! Hope everyone is well and brewing as if your lives depended on it ! . I finished my Mangrove jacks single hop Simcoe IPA and it turned out great! I did add an extra 50g of Simcoe which gave it a big burst of flavour. Totally satisfying and looking at the next MJ brewing pack Image

Thanks WA. Every brew I've done I say is my best but this one is for sure. Really good head retention too , as you can see. Thanks buddy. How's things with you?
