Woodforde's Admiral's Reserve

Post by tribs » Mon Dec 03, 2007 3:00 pm

Due to workload increase and a young daughter I've not had much chance to brew for a while (or to contribute on this forum) so I thought I'd try a beer kit to stock up for xmas. I opted for the above after I tried it at homebrewkits.co.uk in Middleton.

I have to say I'm delighted with it.

I started it only three weeks ago and its tasting great already having kegged it just over a week ago. Its still a little cloudy though. I tried one of the bottles last night and that is even better and is already clear so hopefully the keg will clear soon. Anyway, thumbs up for this one. :D

I liked Admirals Reserve too. I left mine for a good 12+ days before i kegged which really sped up the clearing

Enjoy it :) I was sad when it was all gone :(

I've been popping my head round the door every now and then :D

I'm hoping to start grain brewing again at xmas so I'll probably be around here a bit more often.
