I thought the 20L Bm looked to my best bet.
Having now tried a few brews with it, I now have those answers.
It’s definitely the right one for me.

It's a big investment but it's a sensible one if you want to simplify your brew day, get consistency and brew more often.

The very high re-sell values are a nice insurance policy too. If you buy from Niels with the exchange rate in your favour you would lose very little should it not be right for you.

The 2nd one I made using a garden stainless sieve for the top & bottom rings and then fixed some mesh to make the sides
I still need to cut the hole / insert tube for the central rod & try both ideas out.
