Beware of the hop bags being sucked onto the filter and smothering it when you are doing the cool.

I found the calculations to be accurate.
Hi - is that sparge water calc correct? your mash water was 17L but you used a figure of 15.65 in your sparge water calc, or is it me being thick?

Looks like a typo error to me.

i brewed for the 1st time at weekend and used the calculations in the booklet and it was bang on
