Hi guys I think that the best way to save time is to “automate” the process in all steps reducing idle time and make all afficient
Grainfather has no a concept of automation or workflow like Braumeister but in case you are interested we (ArdBir team) we are working to replace the controller with Open Ardbir that can control power, pump and all steps automatically.

I have opened a dedicated thread and as soon as I gain the right to post link and picture I show you all potentialities of this great piece of SW and HW
